Welcome to MVT Guest House. By booking a stay or using our website, you agree to comply with the following terms:

1. Check-In & Check-Out Policy

Check-in Time: 12:00 PM
Check-out Time: 11:00 AM
A valid Government ID (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Driving License) is mandatory for all guests at check-in.

2. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to respect the peaceful and spiritual atmosphere of the guest house. Any noisy, illegal, or unethical behavior may result in immediate eviction without refund.

3. Property Damage

Any damage caused to guest house property, furniture, or equipment will be charged directly to the guest before check-out.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that travel plans can change. Below is our standard cancellation policy:

1. Cancellation Timeline

7+ Days Before Check-in: 100% refund (minus standard processing fee).
3 to 7 Days Before Check-in: 50% refund of total booking fee.
Less than 72 Hours / No-Show: No refund will be provided.

2. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days back to the original payment method used during booking.

3. Modification of Booking

Rescheduling is subject to room availability and must be requested at least 48 hours prior to check-in.
